On March 15, 2020, the Executive has approved the Supreme Decree No. 044-2020-PCM, a resolution that declares National State of Emergency for the serious circumstances that affect the life of the Nation as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
In order to reinforce the objectives outlined under the State of National Emergency, a series of additional complementary measures were issued. Below we present a list of the most relevant general regulations.

Regulation With Labor Incidence
